Every visitor must be approved and have a valid Release of Information authorization on file, and patients may also coordinate their approved visitors with their counselor.

A Release of Information is written permission your loved one gives. Federal privacy law (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2) protects your loved one's treatment information. If you're not sure whether you're approved, ask your loved one.

Visits are scheduled through the patient's counselor. Every visitor must be approved and have a valid Release of Information authorization on file, and patients may also coordinate their approved visitors with their counselor. Visitors must be at least 18 years old, and no more than two visitors may come per visit. Visitors sign in, agree to protect other patients' privacy and wear a visitor badge. Bags and items may be checked.
