We provide treatment for a wide range of substance use disorders, including but not limited to:

  • Alcohol use disorder
  • Opioid addiction (heroin, fentanyl, prescription painkillers)
  • Stimulants (cocaine, methamphetamine)
  • Benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium, Ativan)
  • Polysubstance use

Our treatment programs are designed to support clients through both substance dependency and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Medical detox is often the first step for individuals with physical dependency on substances like alcohol, opioids, or benzodiazepines. It allows your body to safely clear the substance under medical supervision while managing withdrawal symptoms with appropriate medications.

During admissions, we’ll assess whether medical detox is necessary and build a treatment plan accordingly.

The length of treatment varies depending on individual needs and insurance coverage. Medical detox is a short-term, medically supervised process. Inpatient or residential treatment typically involves a structured period of care in a live-in setting. Our team works closely with each client to adjust timelines based on goals and recovery milestones.

Yes, we provide medication-assisted treatment using FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone, Subutex, and Vivitrol. MAT is most commonly used for opioid and alcohol addiction to reduce cravings, ease withdrawal symptoms, and support recovery when paired with counseling and therapy.

We do not use methadone at our treatment center.

Hickory Grove Recovery accepts most major commercial insurance plans. Our admissions team can quickly verify your benefits and help you understand what’s covered before you begin care. We strive to make treatment as accessible as possible.

Recovery doesn’t stop when treatment ends. That’s why we provide aftercare support, including:

  • Relapse prevention planning
  • Individual or group therapy options
  • Referrals to ongoing mental health providers or recovery resources

Our goal is to help you build a long-term support system and stay connected after formal treatment ends.

Yes. We provide dual diagnosis care for individuals dealing with both substance use and mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more. Treating both at the same time is key to lasting recovery.

Getting started is simple. You can call us, fill out our contact form, or request an insurance verification. From there, our admissions team will guide you through the next steps—whether that’s an assessment, a detox referral, or enrollment in the appropriate program.
